Pack Your Items

Carefully place the makeup or skincare products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
